Mr. S. Mani is a seasoned Chemical Engineering professional turned entrepreneur with over five decades of experience spanning Solvent Extraction, Edible Oil Refining, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, and Chemical industries in India and abroad. His illustrious career includes 37 years as an entrepreneur in the Solvent Extraction and Edible Oil Refining industries and 16 years as a professional in the Fertilizer, Chemicals, and Oil & Gas sectors.

He is the Founder Chairman & Managing Director of Orchard Extractions Private Limited (Since 1995), a leading rice bran oil extraction unit with a production capacity of 500 tons per day. In addition to his industrial ventures, he is also the Founder Chairman of Orchard Schools - CBSE, Trichy (established in 2010), demonstrating his commitment to education and community development.

Mr. Mani has held key leadership roles, including Promoter/Chairman of Vaigai MBR Agro Industries Private Limited and Adviser/CEO of Cethar Food Oil Limited. His contributions to the industry extend to advisory and governance roles, having served as a Member of the Board of Governors at NIFTEM-T (under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India) and a Board Member of Tamil Nadu Corporation for Industrial Infrastructure Development Limited. He has also been President of the Tamil Nadu Solvent Extractors Association, Vice Chairman (South Zone) of The Solvent Extractors Association of India, and a Member of the Rice Bran Oil Promotion Council.
